すべての販売は最終売上となり、返品・返金・交換は承っておりません。

不良品・誤送の場合

不良品または誤った商品が届いた場合に限り、商品到着後7日以内に [メールアドレス] までご連絡ください。注文番号と商品の写真を添えてご連絡いただいた後、交換または返金についてご案内いたします。

海外からの返送が必要な場合、返送料はAMNESIAが負担いたします。返送時は通関書類に「returned goods（返品）」と記載してください。

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

If a return shipment is required, return shipping costs will be covered by AMNESIA. Please declare items as "returned goods" on customs forms.
